At RBD BioLabs, we are committed to providing high-quality products and responsive customer service. Please review this Refunds & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.

By placing an order with RBD BioLabs, you agree to the terms set out below.


1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed for shipment.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact information provided below.


2. Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns of products that have been shipped.

This policy helps protect product integrity and ensures that products provided to our customers have remained within our quality control process.

Returns will only be considered where:

  • the incorrect product was shipped;
  • the product was damaged during shipping;
  • the product was missing from the shipment; or
  • the product has a verified manufacturing defect.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged shipment or an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Your request should include:

  • your order number;
  • a description of the issue;
  • clear photographs of the product;
  • photographs of the shipping package (if applicable); and
  • any other information reasonably requested to assist with our review.

We may request additional information before determining the appropriate resolution.


4. Refund Eligibility

Approved refunds may be issued where:

  • RBD BioLabs determines that the incorrect product was supplied;
  • a verified manufacturing defect is confirmed;
  • the product was damaged during transit;
  • the order cannot be fulfilled; or
  • another refund is required under applicable law.

Refunds will not normally be issued because:

  • a customer changes their mind after shipment;
  • the product is no longer wanted;
  • the customer ordered the wrong item;
  • the customer entered an incorrect shipping address;
  • delivery was delayed by the shipping carrier beyond our reasonable control; or
  • the product has been opened, used, altered, or improperly stored after delivery.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.


5. Return Authorization

If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Products returned without prior authorization may be refused.

Where applicable, returned products must be:

  • unopened;
  • in their original packaging;
  • accompanied by all original materials; and
  • received in the condition in which they were delivered.

Approval of a return authorization does not guarantee that a refund will be issued. Returned products will be inspected upon receipt.


6. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be issued using the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or another circumstance for which RBD BioLabs is responsible.


7. Lost Shipments

If your order appears to be lost during transit, please contact us promptly.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine an appropriate resolution.

Replacement or refund decisions will be made following completion of the carrier’s investigation and any applicable shipping insurance process.


8. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is returned because:

  • the shipping address provided was incorrect;
  • delivery was refused; or
  • the shipment was unclaimed,

the customer may be responsible for any return shipping charges, reshipping costs, or other fees incurred by RBD BioLabs.


9. Quality Concerns

If you believe a product does not meet our quality standards, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request additional information, including photographs, product details, lot or batch numbers, and other information necessary to investigate the concern.

Each quality concern is reviewed individually.
